My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were above us with a great view and sparkly clean. The supervisor was very helpful and even showed me how to find what I needed. The location was perfect for my needs, clean, quiet, and with friendly staff. The dining options were tasty, and the facilities were great.
The hotel is ideally situated near Universal Studios and offers a cool atmosphere. The rooms don't smell clean but are visually appealing. The breakfast is average and the coffee is good. The service is fantastic, from breakfast to check out. The location is amazing, just across from Universal and a short drive to Disney World.
